A wax based cavity product. It has very good penetration abilities and stays flexible for a very long time.

Applications
DINITROL 1000 offers corrosion protection in areas where water can be collected, e.g. closed cavities, doors, rocker panels and frames in vehicle construction. Spare parts are permanently protected against corrosive weather conditions with DINITROL 1000 and can be stored or transported for a long time (e.g. sea freight). DINITROL 1000 is mainly used in the system with products for overcoating (e.g. underbody protection).

Method of Use
DINITROL 1000 is applied by spraying with manual or semi-automatic application equipment, and is suitable for either airmix or airless spraying. Application tem- perature should be between 15 and 30°C.
