The world’s first LED interior light replacement designed specifically for the Defender. Features a black finish to match the original. Produces 228 lumens of light with a 10 - 32V operating range. Plug & Play connection with supplied fixings. Using ceramic LED technology, the MUD Interior Light delivers 18 x more usable light and is 400% brighter than the factory-fit light. Its wide voltage range makes it suitable for 12V and 24V vehicles. With a 6,000K ‘daylight’ colour temperature, it provides natural colour rendering. A switchable white/red illumination mode improves night-time vision. No plinth is required for front cab installation. A plinth is recommended for rear Station Wagon models, particularly on newer vehicles where the headlining sits tighter. (plinth available separately - DA5372). Not compatible with early glass-lens interior lights controlled by a dashboard switch. If the light in your Defender is mounted on the headlining in front of the driver’s seat, this LED light will fit.
